I often say that I don’t have a hobby, but I have no other life, and I ‘m not sure if I do or not, because I haven’t had a hobbies. So today I thought I ‘d share a few tips for dipping your toes into your favorite hobby while still giving you enough time to really understand what it is that you’re after and what hobbies are enjoyable. It also creates chemical changes in your body that help reduce stress and lower blood pressure and heart rate.
